Rather than organize its practices by team, SGHL instead organizes practices based on player age and development levels, with each practice session tailored to league players in each group.
There is a still a great deal of flexibility in terms of grouping friends together, however. If you would like to move between groups, please get in touch with us at <league@sghl.ca> and we'll do our best to accommodate!
